Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on signin, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction. signin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point.

Use of the Service

The signin platform may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use automated tools to manipulate markets, circumvent security measures, or access accounts that are not yours.

Liability

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. signin does not provide investment advice. All trading decisions are yours — the platform does not guarantee any financial outcome.

signin's liability for platform errors is limited to the direct losses caused by those errors, capped at the value of fees paid in the 90 days preceding the incident.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and interface elements on signin are the property of signin or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

signin is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, network congestion, force majeure events, or actions taken by third-party blockchain networks.

In no event will signin's total liability to you exceed the greater of $500 or the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Third-Party Services

signin integrates with third-party providers for fiat payment processing and identity verification. Their respective terms and privacy policies govern those interactions — signin is not responsible for third-party failures.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, 2FA device, and withdrawal whitelist. signin cannot reverse transactions that were authorized by valid credentials.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@signin.art. Outstanding balances will be returned to you following a standard compliance review, typically completed within 5 business days.

Changes to Terms

signin may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
